After a long 24 hour labor Jordyn finally made it to the real world. At exactly 8:11 pm on 08/02/08 Jordyn made her grand debut! She weighs 9 Lbs. 2 oz. and is 20 inches long. My doctor decided to induce me 1 1/2 weeks early to prevent me from having a large baby but of course like all my babies, they seem to have the mind set of "go big or go home." It was such a long process but well worth the wait. To make the time fly by I asked Troy if he could run to Walmart (at midnight) and buy "Breaking Dawn" for me and of course he was up to it because it was better then sitting in our hospital room waiting for hours. While Troy was waiting in line (150 people deep) my friend and hero Tiffany came to the rescue and got a copy for me at the Bloomington Walmart and brought it over to the hospital. She saved us alot of time and gave me something to do to keep my mind off the long wait (thanks Tiff), Troy was also happy that he was able to leave Walmart. When it was finally time for me to push, I only pushed twice and Jordyn came right out. I had some complications after the birth but recovered quickly (blood loss and vomiting), I even felt good enough to leave the very next day. Troy did great during the labor and delivery. He didn't faint this time around, but instead encouraged me the entire 2 pushes. Troy even cut the umbilical cord. Teni gets so excited every time he is around his little sister, while Alyia still has no clue who she is. We are so happy that Jordyn is a healthy baby but most happy because she is "our" baby!!!!

Hey guys...She is beautiful, and boy can that little thing sleep. We are so glad that you are all doing so well. Glad to see that Teni and Aylia are both excited for baby Jordyn. Can't wait to make bows with ya.

I am pretty disappointed that Troy didn't top what he did during Alyia's delivery! Abbey kept asking "do you thinkd Harry has fainted yet?". So, so cute, can't wait to see her!
Abbey is so funny, however I asked the same question. I had to know. Glad that you didn't have to share the spotlight this time around.
